Entlar Training / Internship Pipeline

The Internship Pipeline

Entlar Training is not just a course platform — it's an engineering talent pipeline. Top cohort graduates are invited to work directly with the Entlar R&D team on live hardware and firmware projects.

How the pipeline works

01

Complete a Cohort

Graduate from any Entlar cohort — Motor Control, PCB Design, Firmware Engineering, Robotics, or EV Systems. Complete the capstone project and earn your verified certificate. There is no shortcut here. Quality of delivery matters.

02

Build Your Portfolio

Your capstone project, hardware build logs, schematics, firmware repositories, and documentation form your engineering portfolio. Depth and clarity of thinking — not marks or grades — is what the Entlar team evaluates.

03

Portfolio Review

After each cohort, the Entlar engineering team reviews outstanding work. Top performers are identified directly from submissions. There is no separate application form or interview process for this stage.

04

R&D Internship

Selected graduates are invited to work with the Entlar R&D team on live projects — motor controller design, PCB bring-up, embedded firmware systems, AMR robotics, and EV powertrain hardware. This is real engineering, not training.

05

Full-time Opportunity

Strong interns who demonstrate consistent engineering capability are considered for full-time roles at Entlar. The pipeline is intentionally designed as a direct path from learning to contributing to building.
